Katie has an empathetic personality and a passion for helping and healing, which prompted her career in massage therapy. Her genuine care for her clients’ well being and progress make her treatments stand out.

Katie graduated from Academy Canada’s Massage Therapy program in 2013 and has recently joined the Maritime Cryotherapy & Wellness Centre team. Katie also has a background in osteopathic techniques as well as her massage training. Her specialties include General Swedish Massage, Cupping, deep tissue therapy, craniosacral, pregnancy and infant massage, reiki and TMJ. Katie meets the needs/preferences of each client individually. Her treatments offer a perceptive therapeutic touch, for those who have trouble voicing what they need in a treatment. Victoria Legge
Victoria LeggeRegistered Massage Therapist
Victoria studied massage therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax.Here she specialized in sport injuries and neurological conditions. During this time she took additional courses in cupping therapy, auricular acupuncture and kinesiology taping.

In practice Victoria’s work has been primarily in vulnerable sectors, mental health and chronic neck and low back pain. She is a highly compassionate therapist with a high degree of passion for her work. With a keen interest in hydrotherapy modalities, Victoria is excited to be part of the team at Maritime Cryotherapy and Wellness.

Tori Paul
Tori PaulRegistered Massage Therapist
Tori graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in May of 2018 and has a very deep understanding of human anatomy and the various conditions that can be treated with massage therapy. Tori is passionate about her role in helping people incorporate a more natural approach to health care, dealing with pain, and recovery from injuries in all stages of healing. She is capable of providing treatments at various depths of pressure but prefers to ease into deep tissue treatments to work at a pace that allows the most therapeutic benefit for her patients.
